Website Payment Terms – Return & Cancellation Policies

1. Payments on this site are designed to be made via PayPal.

2. You may also pay by regular credit card ( Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express ) as a guest on a PayPal portal.
You will not be required to register for a PayPal account.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our service and merchandise. All of our items carry a money back guarantee as long as they are returned in the same condition as received. If you do not wish to keep the item you ordered, you must return it within 3 days from date of receipt at your shipping expense for a refund of the purchase price. You you will receive a full credit for merchandise, but not shipping cost. If you return merchandise that originally qualified for free shipping, you will be credited the purchase price less the shipping costs that we incurred on the original shipment. Items held longer than 3 days from date of receipt may not be subject to return. Customer is required to provide a tracking number/receipt for any return shipment immediately upon release to carrier. Items returned in damaged or used condition and special order items will not be returnable. Please note: shipping costs referenced herein include shipping or postal charges plus insurance for the item(s) purchased.

All returns must be pre-authorized with a RMA

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) which may be obtained by sending us an Email or Fax advising us of your order number and reason for return. Goods returned without an RMA will be routinely rejected at our receiving dock.

If you receive an item in damaged condition, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you. You must advise us immediately when an item has arrived in damaged condition. We need this information to properly make a claim with UPS. All packaging must be saved and photographed. If too much time has allotted and the breakage has not been reported, we will not be able to make a claim, making it hard for us to provide you with a replacement. We cannot accept any claims more than 3 days after the date of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification via email and/or fax will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing.
